Role Description The Real Estate Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Chico, CA. This position supports day-to-day office operations, including managing phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records and transaction files. The assistant helps prepare listing and marketing materials, updates property information across platforms, and coordinates showings and open houses. Additional responsibilities include data entry, document organization, basic bookkeeping support, and providing courteous, timely customer service to clients, vendors, and team members. The role works closely with real estate professionals to ensure smooth workflows and consistent communication throughout the sales process. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional phone and email etiquette.
