Essential Job Functions:

  • Plan video shoots, develop storyboards, and assist with scripting and scheduling.
  • Operate and maintain professional video and lighting equipment, ensuring proper settings and capturing high-quality footage.

  • Work closely with creative directors, producers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
  • Organize, manage, and archive video files and project assets.
  • Ensure all video content is consistent with brand guidelines and meets project objectives and technical specifications.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members to understand needs and manage expectations.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting issues that arise during shoots or post-production, such as equipment malfunctions.
  • Strong project, file, and deadline management skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of professional videography experience.
